Mapping Customer Operations

DLA Form 1832

To obtain map products from Mapping Customer Operations (MCO), customers must complete a DLA Form 1832, MCO Account Request Form. The form must be current and validated/updated annually. If you are a contractor, in addition to the DLA Form 1832, a System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) letter must be submitted. The purpose of the DLA Form 1832 is:

  • to establish and maintain accurate information on customers
  • for product delivery accountability
  • to provide access to the RMF Customer Portal

The DLA Form 1832 can be accessed from Tools Menu or Online Forms Menu.
